Yes, Humid air cools much better than dry air ON ENGINES. Humid air is a better heat conductor and even 110 degree air is cool to a motorcycle engine.
On the other hand 110 degree air is hotter than the human body temperature and there for a humid (more conductive) air is threatening to body temperature. Also the human body employs a cooling process called evaporation, which works much better in dry air.
I found out in my experiences that only 30% of the year is enjoyable for ridding,-------
30% is too damn hot and 30% is too damn cold, 40% of the time it is too damn windy. We punish ourselves more than 80% of the time!!!!!!!!!!
